room service room cleanliness towel replenishment small bathroom outdated climate control
i appreciated the daily room service. it included replenishment of towels (it was very helpful!). the room was clean and well kept throughout my stay.
the bathroom was quite small. also, i noticed the climate control seemed a bit outdated (like something from the past).

Really good Stay
perfect location friendly staff amazing food
The hotel is just across from Union Station. This location made access easy. I appreciated the friendly cleaning staff. The pool was a great hit with the kids.
The room could have used a bit more sound insulation as noise from the corridor was noticeable at times.

friendly staff cleaning services
i found the staff AMAZING and friendly from check-in to check-out. Cleaning services were great. The hotel offers a very NICE atmosphere with helpful personnel.
sound from the adjacent room IS TOO audible. i could hear EVERYTHING said in the room next door. the room does not have good sound insulation.

I appreciated the proximity to Union Station. The hotel is also near various restaurants and notable attractions. The Christmas decorations in the lobby and hallways created a magical atmosphere upon arrival. Staff sent a birthday treat to our room for my daughter , which was thoughtful.
The sound isolation between rooms was poor . I could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent room.

Reception personnel were warm and courteous , noting the purpose of our trip to enhance our stay. The check-in staff demonstrated thoughtfulness by sending chocolate-covered strawberries to our room after learning of an act of kindness. Staff addressed an issue efficiently.

easy check-in amazing staff elegant style slow service long queue elevator noise
check-in was very easy! the hotel staff are amazing. i found the hotel to be very luxurious, with an elegant style and exquisite architecture. the beds were comfortable.
The service felt unbelievably slow. the queue to check in took about twenty minutes. admittedly, it was a saturday afternoon on a game day. i also found the noise from the elevators to be terrible. It disturbed my sleep.

the staff were very attentive . they remembered my preferences from previous stays. the concierge provided excellent recommendations for local attractions! the room was clean and well kept! fresh linens were provided daily.
the elevator wait times were occasionally long. the gym equipment seemed a bit outdated. the in-room coffee machine did not work properly. i reported it, but it wasn't fixed .

the location across from union station proved convenient. i appreciated the fresh air from the windows i could open in my room. excellent room service met my needs promptly. the hotel's proximity to attractions was a plus.
